He is demanding money and property near $200.000.00 after he was already paid and he issued receipts. He doesn't answer calls or return calls. He is a scammer

I received a voicemail from this person at 9:15 pm on 7/28/22. It is not 5:45 am on 7/29/22. I will return the call this morning during normal business hours. I am not sure what the nature of the confusion is, but we definitively are not demanding money of anyone. Our company simply buys houses.
