I called Mr ********************** to rod my toilet on or around 7/29/24. The company came out and spent 2-3 hrs trying to rod my toilet to no avail. I understood that however leaving their cable inside my toilet line because they got it stuck is not my problem. I paid ($900) for services that was not completed and now they refuse to get their equipment out of my toilet. Im not paying them any more money for their mistake. Refusing to get their equipment is causing me more problems with my plumbing. I only want them to come and get their equipment so I can have someone come and fix my plumbing. No, I dont want to use their services I only want them to finish the job I paid them to do.Business response

We notified the customer in order to get the stuck equipment out we would have to perform a sewer repair due to the condition of the main sewer line. We were then told that the City would be coming out to perform work since they would have to see if the issue was on the City side or not. Furthermore it was brought to our attention that they would contact us once they were in the problem section to retrieve our equipment, which never happened.
We are more than happy to retrieve our equipment, as stated multiple times before, the only way to do that would to proceed with an excavation and do a proper repair of the sewer line. In addition it was also stated that what was paid for the initial service would go towards the proper repair to be done.
