I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on April 14th using their website https://www.kingmcneal.com/. The sweatshirt total cost was $66.70. I received the shirt April 15th and noticed that I was sent the wrong size. I emailed the company stating I received the wrong size and they responded saying they purposely sent me the wrong size because they were all out of the size I wanted. So instead of emailing me to tell me they were sold out of my size, offering a full refund or seeing if I would settle for a different size, they decided to to things their own way and send me a random size. I told them I did not want that size and if they could not provide me the size I ordered then I wanted a full refund. Their store only offers store credit for returns but I told them the only reason I am returning the order is because of their mistake and I should received my money back to my original payment method since the return is due to their error. The store agreed to give me a full refund to my card for the returned. I shipped the item back and it was delivered on April 21st. I emailed them and they have chosen to ignore my emails for my money back. I have also filed a dispute with my bank! I will be sure to spread the word to my geek sisters and brothers about my horrible experience with this store!!!!
