on 9/26/24 i took my daughters 2014 C250 Benz to this shop for the sole purpose to repair the gas gauge I was told that it was a $140 for a diagnostic after that was completed I was told that the problem with gauge was a sensor and it was $536 the diagnostic also states that thermostat needed replacing which was almost 1000 we decline the thermostat and wanted them to fix the problem of concern . Days later we got a call stating that the wrong fuel pump was on the car and an additional $200 is needed to replace to correct the problem we consented 10/10/24 we received a call stating that the car was ready but the problem was not resolved . My husband was told that the problem was the *** highly probable which was $1336 to replace and an additional $336 to program . My husband questioned why wasnt this identified as the problem with the diagnostic test that was ran initially on 9/27/24? and why are we just figuring this out on 10/10/24? We declined the service as we questioned their knowledge and integrity at this point and went to pay for the services that were the result of an improper diagnosis a total of $849 . The owner /tech/rep ********* with my husband over the phone apologizing stating for some reason it wasnt picked up with the initial diagnostic (unacceptable) They had this car from 9/27/24 to 10/10/24. Please note they did a complete car service check up diagnosis on this same car weeks prior as well. FYI they have a system that they can amend at anytime we received an additional estimate link yesterday that showed the newest issue as declined but not the date found but just added as it was there initially when it was not , see screenshot . I also have the hard copy of diagnostic and services that rendered weeks prior in addition I am taking car to Benz dealer for proper diagnosis to provide

My car Kia ****** 2017 was recently serviced at this company between 9/26/2023 - 10/11/2023. I picked the car up which ran fine no issues with the next oil change being at ******. Around 12/1/2023 the oil light on my car came on with it being before the miles i was just going to top off the oil and get the oil change the following week. I attempting to open the hood in which it made the pop open side but only the driver side lifted slightly and the passenger side of the hood stuck. On 12/4/2033 i called up the Fine Tune Auto spoke with the male rep who be at the desk and told him the story about how the last service on the car was at the shop and how the hood wasnt working and was before the car was serviced and returned. The man stated $140 just to see whats wrong and i retorted this must been came from the services I dont fix car nor have a need to open the hood unless a light pops on in which it did and I responded by setting up oil change appointment. But when the engine light popped on and the hood wont open i became very concern.

We apologize that you received this answer as it was incorrect.  We should have offered to bring the car in the shop and check over our work, and attempt to get the hood open.  We are still willing to do this at no charge.  Please reach out by calling ************ and we'll be happy to do that.  Sorry about the misunderstanding.
