AAA siding is giving me a run around about repairing storm damage. Their follow up is atrocious. I had one piece of siding damaged. I have made ten calls and two visits from AAA. Nothing has been done and damage was last March 31st.Business response

Gutter Protection was installed in 2016 for $1500. Metal Roof was installed in 2019 for $39,322. Water is now coming down & coming over the end of the gutter & down the side of the house & window. They have been out several time to fix it, but no luck. In 2023, they have stopped responding to my emails & phone calls. I just want them to find & fix the problem.Customer response

The problem is with the water coming down the metal roof, and coming over the gutter. The warranty on the roof is 50 years, and was put on 3-4 years ago. There is none on the gutters. I believe that the last time I tried to contact them was sometime in January. I don’t want money, just to have it fixed. They tired 2 time last year, but they did minor things which didn’t work. The last time I talked with someone, he said that I lived to far away to send a crew just to look at my problem without a another job close to where I live. Thanks, **** ********

We purchased windows and doors in 2012 and paid $24,000 for them. We were told that any repairs needed to be done by the company. Recently, we needed our front storm door worked on and the back storm door. A representative came out from the company to look things over. I spoke with the manager and she said that she would be calling me after the meeting with the boss about what the plan was for our house. It has been three weeks since I spoke to her and she has not returned my calls. I have called 15 times, leaving messages every time. I have also texted and only received the automated response. I am always told that they are short staffed, but surely there is enough time to call me back. I am more than frustrated and just want to know what is going on with the work at my house.Business response

AAA Siding and Window installed 3 windows on my house and the installer ripped a one inch hole in my siding. I assume dropping the old window out. I called them 10 days ago and somebody was supposed to call me back but never did. I went into the business today and ***** the production manager said he had been too busy to call me. He was not very helpful. Whoever took the window out and ripped the siding did not tell me about it. This is a very unprofessional business. I want my siding fixed. They said they had to talk to the window installer to find out what happened.Business response

6/6/23 AAA Siding and windows tore a hole in my siding while installing windows and did not tell me about it. Very unethical company. Owner came out and looked at it and said he did not know how to fix it. But he did say it would be fixed. But who knows when? Sending a siding specialist to look at it. AAA siding is a company that does not know how to fix siding. Figure that one one out. I want this siding fixed immediately. Tired of getting the run around. They even told me to leave the office. Nobody calls you back when you call them. The person that ripped the hole knows he did it. I do not want to close this case out until they fix my siding. Is that to much to ask? For a window and siding company, nobody seems to know anything. Nobody will admit to cutting the hole in the siding when they know they did it. The person came out today to caulk the hole they gouged in my siding within an hours notice. They are supposed to be finding me the right siding. He did not know anything about that. Very bad communication between boss and workers. This siding issue is still unsolved and I want my siding fixed.Business response

We have spoken to Mr. ****** numerous times and every time we do we have informed him that we are waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer. Once we get the replacement pieces then we will fix the siding. We have told him this numerous times also. nobody has told him that we aren't fixing the problem. While replacing my roof several workers were standing on the ceiling of my back bedroom. Another worker jumped down and the ceiling gave away. I was only a few feet away when it happened. The worker said "oh I ****** up" The supervisor admitted it was their fault and said they would fix it. They tore out ceiling rafters. They also almost came through my front room ceiling, busted my bathroom door, broke my kitchen window, etc I paid them in full and they said they would fix everything with in 7 days. That was in March 2023. I have called numerous times, they have promised to take care of and later promised someone would call but never have . I'm about to loose or maybe have already lost an 6000.00 insulation grant because of it. I don't want to take them to court but will if I can't get it resolved. I'm disabled and can't fix it or have the money to have it fixed. I trusted them and feel very disappointed in them.Business response

We reviewed the project for Mr. ******** and determined that our Roofing crew did in fact damage his ceiling. We are going to fix any damaged that was caused as a result of replacing his roof. We contacted Mr. ******** and scheduled a date to assess the damage and repair it. The service is scheduled for August 21st.Customer response

On Feburary 4th, I had AAA Windows Siding and Roofing install new gutters on my home. The total cost was $8600/ Not even a month after the installation, two of the downspouts had joints that started leaking heavily --- one in my backyard and one near the front of my house. I called AAA and they came out and the leaky joint in the front, but the backyard one still leaked (the backyard leak is dumping water right at the foundation of my house). I called them a second time and they first sent their repair people to the wrong address and then (I believe) lied to me about coming out a second time. The reason I believe they lied about coming out the second time is two-fold. First, I work from home and there was neither a knock on my door nor did I hear anyone tinkering with the gutters, which I would have because the problematic downspout is right by my home office. Secondly, the downspout still leaked as it had prior to this supposed second visit. I contacted AAA a third time and they did eventually send someone out, however, the downspout in the backyard still leaks during heavy rain (it is fine during light drizzles) and as of Saturday, the front downspout has started leaking again. The front one is right outside my bedroom window and has woken me up the past two nights. I would either like the problem to be fixed and I suspect that fixing the issue properly involves replacing the problematic parts, not just wiggling them around. If they are unable or unwilling to repair/replace, I would like a full refund so I can find someone who will correctly deal with these problems.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by AAA in reference to complaint ID ********, and as of now am still waiting for them to come and actually fix the gutters. They did call me yesterday (April 18) and say they would be out today (April 19) and then back-peddled a bit on the call and said "sometime this week". I am still waiting to find out WHEN they will actually come to fix the gutters and we are expecting thunderstorms tomorrow. So in that sense, no, this response has not been satisfactory as I still feel I am getting the runaround from them.
