We called several times to dispute a tip overcharge and nothing has been done about it. I went to the restaurant on April 14th and accidentally put the total amount on the tip line which was $50. I then realized and crossed the $50.00 tip and put $5.00 on the tip line making my total $50 for the entire ****. As of today 04/19 I spoke with the General Manager and he was unable to tell me if anything has been done with my case.Business response

I was contacted by someone other than the card holder on 4/19/2022 about the tip overcharge. I let them know that I needed to speak with the card holder directly. They said that ************ would call back before 3pm which he never did. I investigated the claim and found signed receipt with a 5 with three 0's in the ip line. This would be either 50 missing period or ****. Common sense would say 50. Since they were disputing charge I refunded 45 dollars anyway on 4/19/2022 and waited for ************ to call back so I could tell him. He never called instead filed a BBB complaint. Card was refunded before complaint ever filed.Customer response
