Poor job done on a roof replacement, many problems since the job was done. Poor job done. Many problems since. Roof has many leaks. Very poor job done.

Your complaint appears to be about your flat roof, our company was hired for shingled roof replacement only per your signed work order.
Homeowner chose to not incur the cost of replacing flat roof at the time.
Customer was advised before and after to replace flat roof ASAP, that the flat roof is well beyond its useful life.
The house appears to have racoons living in 1st floor attic space below flat roof which may be an additional source of the leaks.
December 5th 2023 we inspected house and informed homeowner of all of these issues and how to fix them. We also provided temporary repair at no cost.
We are happy to provide estimate to replace the flat roof. Please call our office for updated estimate on this additional work.

I am rejecting this response because:I was never given an option on the flat roof; I have zero expertise in the area. I would definitely fix something that needed repairs if I was told. I trusted this company and they did a poor job. I am not accepting their reasons. This needs to be addressed properly. The claim on December is on a different side. This is not done right. I am not happy.

I understand you are her son and are concerned but your mother was given the option and told several times the flat roof needs replacing. The flat roof was not included in the original scope of work.
