      I was driving down I-95 May 21, 2024 when I had a check engine light come on, I had a code reader and read it out and decided I should have it serviced. I went to another place, but they were too busy to help me, so I went back to a Mavis Tire I had just passed. I went in, told them about the check engine code, and was told "yes, we can help you right now."Three or four people checked my car over, and I was given an estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take..It took about 30 minutes to get the parts, then the repair was done in less than 2 hours.They fixed my problem, and I was on my way.I can't say how their pricing would compare to other places, but they did get me in right away, and I am happy about that.I would use them again.

      Mavis on broadway in ************ ******* are wonderful. I stopped in to get a new headlight for my 2019 **** Escape. Upon replacing the headlight, they discovered it was just loose and tightened it up and I was on my way. No charge. Im so glad I went there. Very honest people. Thank you so much.******************

      This place honestly has the worst service. I purchased brakes services and pads on September 15, 2022. They were great then (when they try to up sale everything). They even provide a lifetime warranty on the pads (or at least that's what the receipt says. I started hearing this really bad crunchy sound whenever I would press down on the brakes. I must note that since I Covid I have not really had to drive all that much so that in itself is weird. I called today and was told I could come in and they could take a look at it. They took the tires off and verbally told me I needed new rear brakes and pads again. I told the woman that was fine and asked her if she needed me for anything otherwise my kids and I would go find a bite to eat. She even gave us suggestions. When we return I ask the guy if I am ready for checkout. He tells me oh we need to do xyz. My understanding was that when I left my car was already being worked on, but that was not the case. They never even touched my car the entire hour I was gone. There was only one other car waiting along with mine. The manager made some excuse and completely did not own that there was a complete communication breakdown and my expectations were not properly set initially as I was made to believe my car would be ready when I returned. I believe they pushed my car to the end of the line for fear they were not going to make as much money since the pads would be under warranty. The manage was rude and tried to make me think I was being unreasonable. I think it is unprofessional to hold someone's car for an hour then tell them they didn't start on your car when they have your number and can call you and ask any additional questions. Not to mention I asked before I left if I was needed for anything. To add injury to insult he indicated the service would not be covered even if the brakes pads were under warranty. I was fine with it but seemed weird that the service charge was the exact same price as the price of the pads. It
