I have paid her the deposit and payment for doing my her. I had to cancel within 48 hours due to my car having problems and I was unable to make it. I am fine with her keeping my deposit but she should not keep my payment. It is an option for me to pay the full payment with the deposit before showing. I could just pay my deposit. She can keep that.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I had an emergency with my car and called you an hour before. I was ok with you taking my deposit but not my whole amount. I choose to pay the deposit and full amount at one time. Your policy does not state that you can keep my full amount for services not rendered. Just because I pay full amounts with deposits versus just paying the deposit doesn't mean you can keep all of my money.

Good Day, I hope this message finds you well. Please utilize my statement and attached file as supporting documents to the complaint of Ms. ********* *****. February 26, 2022 Appointment 7:00am - 9:50am Client over slept and missed set appointment March 2, 2022 Appointment 9:00am - 12:20pm Client called at 8:45 am to say that she would not make her appointment due to work. After speaking with the client I explained that she would have to rebook her appointment again and she would be charged a 100% cancelation fee again. Client then hung up on me and texted me my cancelation policy. Client booked both appointments, and instead of only paying the deposit (which it allows) she paid for both appointments in full. Please see step 3 in my salon's policy. Thank you, ******
