I would never Never NEVER deal with this dealership ever, I would rather walk from ******** to **************** than purchase from here or use any service that they offer. My first issue with this dealership is within HOURS after driving the car off the lot it stopped on the expressway back home towards the city. Turns out it needed a full body tune up, when I brought the car back, not even 24 hours after spending the whole day at the dealership the day before, no one showed ANY empathy! They simply told me it wasnt there problem and sent me across the expressway to the Jeep dealership, where I had to get a tune up which cost me an additional $1000 plus what I just spent as a down payment the day before. But okay, not their problem right? Now when purchasing the vehicle I was given 5 vouchers for free oil changes, no one explained that they were to expire. So I left the dealership with a car that would soon leave me high and dry on the expressway with 5 free oil changes that I didnt even know could expire. A few days ago, I scheduled an appointment to receive a oil change, where I was not the oil car obviously it was other waiting on their car to be serviced as well, once getting to the dealership they then let me know, my oil changes expired so the oil change will be close to $100, okay, fine no problem-I need the oil change. Then they proceed to tell me, itll be 2.5 hours added to my wait because they JUST ordered air filters and they are waiting on the shipment. Every time I step in this dealership Im dealing with the same terrible service with terrible customer service representatives. Please save the headache and do no go here.Review from Christina E

We purchased a car from this business less than a year ago. The ownership changed in that time, of which we were not notified. When we purchased the car we received a 2year Maintenance plan. Upon scheduling an oil change, were told they could not find anything in their system of the maintenance plain OR even of the purchase of our car! After finding the paperwork in our files at home, they still refused to honor the maintenance plan. Seems a lot shady and very poor business. We own 3 ****** We will never step foot in this dealership again.Review from Brittany L

Please beware when looking at cars at this dealership. Not only do they mark up cars with a phony security system and required coating that definitely aint worth 2k, but after you pay for your car they will let people continue to test drive your car!We drove 3 hours to buy a Kia **** that was on the lot. we got there and checked in and they gave us the keys telling us to take as long as a test drive as we need! We drove it 10miles to make sure! When we got back to the lobby we waited 10min to even find our service rep and talk numbers. When we found him, he simply said oh that car was sold this morning. No apology is good enough for that ish. Like what? What if we had wrecked. That isnt their car anymore to be test driving out! Id be ****** if I was the owner! So if you bought a *************** on 9/9, please know that this dealer is highly shady! I apologize for driving your car! Do better Hawkinson! Thats ridiculous Like I said, we drove 3 hours for a car that had already been sold and had communication about our appointment before hand telling us that fact! Dont walk, run! This dealership would not finance my car loan despite me having very good credit. I have always paid my bills on time. No bad remarks on my credit. They sent an application over to several other banks. The one bank that did finance my car loan charged an outrages interest rate of 9.25%. The dealership had an interest rate of 5.99% at the time of purchase with customers that had good credit. I believe this was a scam. If you have good credit and they are charging you higher than average interest rate, find another dealer! Ally bank is a rip off.Review from Bianca D.

Last year August 2021 me and my daughter went to *** to buy two new cars. We were going to trade in our old cars and gave ***** the dealership salesman our titles to our cars. Well we didnt purchase any cars. My complaint is that we never got our titles to our cars back. we did make the mistake of leaving that day with out the titles to the cars. But called the next day, and they couldnt find The titles to the cars. Its now May 26, ****************************************************** where my title for my car is or my daughters title to her car. Maybe this is legal matter. Meanwhile Im ready to go purchase a New vehicle but I need my title to my car for a trade-in!!! Help please ***************Review from Nannette S

Buyer beware: My wife and I have been returning customers for several years now. Purchasing our last 4-5 cars through this dealership. No type of customer loyalty or appreciation was taken into account or cared for throughout this process. Needless to say, but we WILL NOT be returning. And I will dissuade EVERYONE we meet to not buy into this companys lies. A lot of unethical tactics used here to manipulate the consumer. First, by taking our information and promising to help. Next, through lying throughout this process to secure an illegitimate binding, deal. When you see a red flag, do what we could not, and notice it as a RED FLAG. From the start our sales clerk, Santi Manglano, lied to us. Gave us the hope of getting one payment/price. Only for that to be a complete and TOTAL lie. Even lied about the interest rates we would be signing on for. Gave us the ballpark figure of our payments being between $530-$540, with gap insurance included. However, upon arriving from 3 hours away(shall I say) and beginning to fill out paperwork, we found this was NOT the case. They tried to up the value on us and convince us that the new and lowest they could offer was between $590-$610! Explaining (or placing the blame) that our salesperson, Santi, said we were putting nearly a grand more down, than we communicated with him, we were. Also this was at a much higher interest rate than Santi disclosed over the phone, with us, it would be. Seeing as though I have a fixed income at this time, and NEED EVERY dollar I have. This was completely and highly unethical and bewildering. So many lies and deceit from the get-go, should of taken our business elsewhere with this alone. Red flags we should of noticed for sure. This dealership promised one thing and did the opposite. Our salesman, Santi, then tried to say it wasnt his fault, placing the blame on a guy named Rich?. Shiesty service. Highly displeased & dissatisfied. Do not trust, **** my words ********************* or ***********************.
