  Landscaping service operated by ***************************** does multiple lawn maintenance in our neighborhood. When we asked him how much does it cost to have our front lawn landscaping upgraded he quotes ** ***** dollars for labor and materials ( rocks and pavers) excluding plants. We agreed to the price on the 15th of May he then asked to for a ***** dollar deposit which we sent thru zelle to his wife - ****** account. He stated he will finish the project on the 22nd of May Monday. The job was not finished on the promised date , the excuse was he had other projects to finish , we understood that he had other things to do and we went on the plans he made to complete the job , they worked on it Tuesday the 23rd of May and still job was not completed , he then asked for 300 dollars more to add more pavers , which I agreed and told him I will give him the additional 300 with the remaining balance that we owe him when the project is done- he then said oh I will finish it tomorrow which was the 24th of May, I said ok , we will give you the money then. By the end of the day on 24th May , the project still was not completed but he asked for the remaining balance to be paid in full that day and promised to finish the job on Saturday 27th May- we paid him the full amount but Saturday came , ******** was no call - no show. Sunday 5/28th we texted his wife which is our contact person , she texted back that *********************** and they had a bday celebration for a fam member , will finish the work on Tuesday May 30th since May 29th was a holiday, ***** texted back when asked what time , she said -around 9 AM . Today May 30th Salvador was no call , no show, texted the wife and she said she thought he was gonna come to finish the work but then changes his mind and went somewhere to do some other work but will show up later in the afternoon. I am done with promises. It is not fair after asking for complete payment and not deliver completion of agreed work

  Job was completed to perfection it did take us some time but the work provided was exceptional. Never had complaints about how long a job takes to get done as long as it is perfect. I sent before and after pictures.
