      I had them as my contractor for hail damage on roof and aluminum insulated patio cover. The seam between the roof and patio cover is leaking. I've been sending them photos of the wet spots since October 2023. *** Acri says he put in a work order in June, and they have never taken care of it or contacted me. I have sent pictures past that date, asked for ****....nothing from them. I have several emails and pics I can send, but was unable to download on here. I'm so disappointed in their follow through. Unable to download anything with option below

      Firstly I apologize for the leaking patio cover.  We will continue to work to get this issue resolved.  ***** did email the issue to me, I then forwarded the issue to our service department.  They were out to the house in June.  Apparently the service was not fixed, as leaks can be difficult to diagnose sometimes.  We then went back to the home in July to do more to help solve the problem.  I was told that both times no one was home when we went to do the service.  Since the last time we were there in July I have not received any further calls, emails or correspondence regarding this issue so I assumed it had been fixed.  I apologize that it continues to be an issue.  I will reissue this to our service department.

      Going forward the best way to communicate any issue is to call our service department directly at ************.  They are available Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.  This way you can talk directly to our service department and get something scheduled.

      They are doing our stone veneer; siding; 7" rough sawn lap siding on the peaks of the *************** gutters. I tried to contact Nick *********************** Left a message on his phone line on Sunday prior to the application of the lap siding on the garage. I let him know that it was the he wrong color, that I had, in writing, it was to be "dark" brown. The color that was applied was a "latte" brown color. Unfortunately, it doesn't look good since the siding is a dark green and not what we asked for. For any questions, please call ******* at: ************ Thank-you!

      The office is not open on Sunday's and we did not get the message. Attached is a copy of the signed contract for the work to be done.  In the contract we put pictures of the shake including color to be used and where it will be installed.  In this case it's shown on Page 5 of the contract a picture of the exact shake to be installed and the color. 

      "This shake will go on only two gables. One on the house and one on the garage approximately 125 square feet total. The color is hearthstone and its from Menards"

      This should be the exact shake that was agreed to in the contract to be installed.  We can change out the shake however it would be at additional cost.  Let me know how to proceed.  Thank you.

      Dear BBB, My wife and I had new siding put on our home in the summer of 2020 by the ACRI company. The prices were extremely high and the service was pretty lack luster. At the time of siding installation we had a wood deck and we told them that in a year or so we planned on putting in a porch. The contractor said that when we put the porch on they would come back and put the siding on to lineup to our porch. We had our concrete porch poured in the summer of 2021 and have contacted Acri about coming to put the pieces of siding on that was promised. We have been in touch with the Acri company to resolve this several times and they have been very rude to deal with. The contractor has been out to the house on a few occasions and nothing has been done. I would attempt to do the work myself however, the company said it would void our warranty. Just trying to get this resolved before the winter as I have concerns about weather damage to boards that are showing, small animals burrowing into the walls and just plain aesthetic. The company/contractor has told us that the house is sinking and the siding will not be aligned the house. Unfortunately, since we had to remortgage the house to pay for the siding job so any work to raise the house is currently not in our budget. Trying to find a way to get this done as the company has made some empty promises. Thanks for your time *************************

      Ive reviewed this complaint.  We did do this siding job in June of 2020.  They emailedme in June of 2021 to let us know they removed the deck and that we needed to come back to fill in the area that the deck was attached on to previously.  We did go back in July of 2021.  Materials were needed, and were ordered at that time.  It was my understanding that everything was completed back in 2021.  I have not received any calls, texts or emails here at the office since then.  This is the first communication Ive received regarding any further issue.  Apparently she was in contact with our installer on this job directly and he dropped the ball.  It is scheduled to be done tomorrow.  Going forward all service issues need to be communicated directly to the home office so we can track that it actually gets done.

      I hired them to replace my roof due to storm damage. They said skylight was going to leak and should replace but insurance would not cover. I asked several times for cost of new ones with no response. They replaced the roof and he mentioned it might leak i said i will buy materials to seal and and he said not needed. Then it rained water leaked around the outside of the sky light and damaged the drywall. Called to have them come out again the caulked around the window and said they would send someone to look at the drywall damage. No one has come and I am unable to get this resolved.

      He was given a price to replace the skylight, he did not want to pay for it.  We were out to this house last week 8/25/2022.  We fixed the area that was damaged due to the skylight leak.  ****************** paid us $1828.11 on that date.  We then returned to his home to collect the final balance owed on 8/29/2022.  As far as we are concerned this matter is resolved.  I believe the complaint was filed prior to 8/25/2022.  Let me know if you need anything more from me.
