I have hot water coming out of all faucets when I turn on cold. This was reported Sept. ,5, 2023. I have temps in the 80's all day and night. My thermostat isn't on, The boiler isn't on. This was reported 9/11/23. A man named **** came to my apartment twice. First time he said he didn't know about boilers but said he tell Ginco to send a company to check it out. Supposedly a company came, **** told me when he came to my apartment the second time last Tuesday. All I was told was the boiler man said the boiler was not on. **** said he would call the boiler company and I thought he said he was calling someone at Ginco. Then **** asked if I had wet spots on the carpet. I have heat that comes through the floor. I said no wet spots and he reported this to someone and he was told they were going to try to find a company that checked for underground leaks. Nobody has contacted me about how they will solve these problems. I have left multiple messages for someone named ******, at Ginco who is a maintenance manager. No response. I have to run my a/c multiple times a day to try and cool off. I am on SSI and I am afraid of what my next electric bill will be.I want the problems repaired. I have lived here since 3/29/22 and never had either of these problems. This is unbearable.Initial Complaint

On Jan 22rd I inquired about a townhome to rent on Zillow , after scheduling to view the unit I was interested so I went ahead to proceed with the next streps, on Feb 7 I was emailed by ************ that my application was Approved!!!! I submitted a payment of ******* via Zelle , signed my lease on Feb 8th 2023 with a move in date as of 03/01/2023. On Feb 20 2023 ( 12 DAYS AFTER I SIGNED MY LEASE ) I received a phone call from **** stating that I had an eviction , I told **** that information was incorrect as I never have rented anything Ive always lived with my parents . **** texted me ( I have included the screen shots ) to tell me they arent moving forward with me and where should he send the ******* ?At this point I told **** to ***** me my money back , I also requested some proof of verification of this EVICTION, so that I can see this information because I am 100 percent sure this information is incorrect .. i also stated to **** how did I get approved signed a lease which is a legal document and 10 days later he calls me to tell me of an eviction, during my application process I underwent a background check and a credit check, **** told me he needed to speak to his attorney, as of today 2/21/2023 I do not have my refund and I do not have any proof of this information ( eviction) I am needing a resolution to either refund me my ******* or to proceed and let me move into the unit that I was approved for that I currently have a signed lease for . I have also attached the signed lease Also I attached the conversation me and ********** have via email as I was going through my application process .PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS ALL STARTING TO SEEM LIKE A NIGHTMARE.Business response

It is unfortunate that we had to cancel a lease before the applicant even moved in. She was approved and did pay the depsoit. After entering her into our system, the owner noticed the name of the potential tenant. The owner of this building is evicting her from another unit they own. She was currently in an eviction with the same owner. She stated on the application that she had never lived anywhere else accept her mom's house. This was not the case. I have the signed lease and other supporting documents from the other apartment. So unfortunately, for these reasons we were not able to move forward with this applicant. We let her know and both parties signed the cancellation agreement. The depsoit was sent back in full.
I have also attached the supporting documents. Also the SS# does not match. She gave us a completely different social than what she provided the previous owner. She is committing fraud and should be brought up on felony charges.

I currently live in a property that is managed by ginco property Management out of ****** ********. I have requested work to be done for my apartment since Christmas Eve they agreed and made a date for December 31st 8:00 a.m. and still have not showed up to make much needed repairs in my unit. I've emailed them and text message them a number of times about repair issues in the past and they willfully neglected to get back to me in a timely manner or do any of the necessary work that needs to be done. Ginco property management is a poor excuse for property management I hope the person who owns this building reads this and finds someone better to manage the property. As a customer my rating I give them a big fat capital F!!! They also agreed to credit my rent everyday for this issue being ongoing but if they never fix it and then I don't pay my rent then they try to evict **** have paid my rent the whole time through covid and then on, and I am not going to be tricked into deceptive tactics to make me move out so they can up the rent on the next person!Customer response
