Date: 12/30/21 Amount Paid: **** Business committed to provide:Cleaning of carpet, area rug, upholstery cleaning (sofa, chair, headboard, and bedrails)No business has not tried to resolve anything. Invoice # **** Hello,ServiceMaster did not clean anything at home but are invoicing $356.00. The person they sent to to the job described above, caused more problems than solving anything. He set off all 4 carbon monoxide detectors in my home, I believe it's because the drove the truck without filling it with water. Their description, describe a truck mounted equipment but he used my mop bucket and items from my recycling bin, to fill water - water, a utility, I pay for, to put in the truck to clean the items described above. However, there was not enough water to do the job. He then left without telling me. I saw him leaving, because I was outside in the car trying to get fresh air and I saw the ** truck turning the corner. At this time, the carbon monoxide detectors could still detect fumes and it was unsafe for my family and myself to be in the home. Around an hour later he returns, sweating profusely, and mentioned he visited his father who lived nearby and he'd also gotten water for the truck. 20 minutes later he said he was done. When I pointed out that nothing was clean, he said, "my fault, you right, I thought I could do it with the water I had left in the truck from the last job. I will come back tomorrow". During this time I called Service master 2x and no one returned my call. I also emailed them with all the details, asked them to not send him back to my home and received no response. Yesterday, I received an invoice for $356.00 I do not believe that I owe any money because no services were performed. In fact, ServiceMaster owes me for the usage of my resources, the evacuation of my home during which I was unable to work. I have attached pictures and have more if they are needed.
