Dear BBB,
We are aware of this unfortunate incident. Contrary to the complaint we did reach out to our insurance carrier. They did not accept liability.
There response is paraphrased as follows: Despite a vehicle being left on your business’s property, you are not liable for any damages caused by vandals or thieves.
We did initiate a police report with the Morton Police Department. At this juncture we do not believe they have apprehended any suspects. We then advised Mr. Speer to reach out to his insurance carrier to initiate a claim. We did advise him that if his insurance carrier had coverage concerns, they could in turn subjugate our carrier to see if there was any liability on their part. In short the insurance companies would work out an amicable agreement if any liability was deemed appropriate.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was forced to leave my vehicle there,it was not my intentions to purchase a vehicle that day!! When they take the license plate of my truck and put it on there's and I have no one to take my truck home!! This must be a policy of there's, THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!!!!
