I order a shipment for in store pick up on 5/28/24. I waited forever & the status said ready to ship for the 2-3weeks. Yesterday (6/17/24) it said cancelled. I called customer support today ( 6/18/24) & spoke with ******* (or *******) and she said that there should have been an automated email telling me my order was ready. I told her I never received it. She said I should have called, and I told her that the last time I ordered online for in store pick up, it also took a long time so I didnt think anything was wrong.She told me the order was cancelled do to failure to pick up. I told her since that the system failed to inform me that my order was ready, my order should be replaced to at no charge.When she told me that she couldnt do that, I asked to speak to the manager. She told me there was no one for her to transfer me to. I questioned that there was no manager on staff & all she repeated was that there was no one to transfer me to.I asked for the name of the owner and she told me their name was *** (which is just the name of the store). I asked for further contact information and she told me the owner refused to speak to customers. I asked and she went silent, refusing to say anything else to me. When I asked about the Mt Prospect location she said she would transfer me to them (the 2222 extension) but there was no one there to take my call.Still never got my refund.Review from Jessie A

If you're thinking about doing business with these ghetto vultures, do yourself a favor and don't!! These people are disgustingly rude and ignorant. They have the worst customer service and even worse shipping. Ordered a package recently and it never arrived by the date they specified. It's still not here! Emailed these scumbags twice and each response was careless and heartless AND RUDE. That will be the last time they get any money or service from me. I will NEVER order another product from them, and I absolutely do not recommend them in any way. Just because you have not experienced this kind of treatment yet does not mean you won't. If you ever have any issues with this company, missing product, lost package, anything. .. I guarantee you they will treat you rudely and blow you off and delay as long as possible to help you. You will literally have to go to your back or file a stronger complaint to get a little respect from them. They're ran by arrogant people that think because they're doing decent business now they can treat people any kind of way. As if this business can't fail because you lose business by treating customers poorly, right? There are better reputable companies out there. They took my money and gave me a credit after 6 months for them to finally I see that I did return the item I no longer needed. I went on the website to order my mother a wig and noticed a credit for my returned package and they cancelled my order. Emailed me saying Im banned from ordering on the website ** I disputed them with my bank. Not only did the bank give them back their money they owed me they told me today that my credit cannot be used to apply an order. This business has to by far the worst Ive ever encountered. This company lacks accountability when it comes to giving refunds for items the buyer ordered but never received. A wig was missing from my order and my package was damaged. I called **** Beauty and informed them of what happened and they said follow up with ***** **** gave me the run around so I called the company back to let them know and they tell me theres nothing they can do about it. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got the money credited back. **** Beauty decided to suspend my account because of it. Why would you think its okay to not refund the buyer for something they never received. Never do business with them!Review from ANGELA W

***'s Beauty for wigs is running a scam business, and that is what I told them when I called **************** today (June 23, 2023), and they hung up on me. I tried several times to call back but when they saw my number on the caller id, they disconnected the call. I held for over 15 minutes (although I was next in line). On May 27, 2023 I ordered four wigs for $98.96. They were not satisfactory (the colors were off= style was not right). As luck would have it,, I was under doctor's care for two weeks and could not try to send them back. On June 19 I sent MULTIPLE EMAILS to **************** asking to for a mailing label for three wigs, and I would keep one. They never responded. I checked emails and my Spam folder all week, Today when I called, I got someone who said her name was ******* (probably a lie). She argued me down that **** Beauty sent emails telling me my request was denied. I told her they did not and that they were lying. She said I was the only person who has ever complained and that no one ever told them that they never received a response regarding returns. LOOK AT THEIR CUSTOMER REVIEW RATING (they have a **** rating) Who is lying? I asked for a supervisor and she said there was none, and then she hung up on me before I could say another word. Apparently ***'s Beauty only allow returns 14 days after they ship out from the warehouse, and that includes the time it takes to get to the customer. They should have at least a 30 day return policy, but they know this is the way that they can reject returns. I tried to explain that I am on fixed income, a senior citizen, but that did not matter. She would not listen. Buyers take heed -- do not buy ANYTHING FROM ***'s Beauty, or you may end up like me, with merchandise that you can not use. i WILL NEVER EVER SHOP ONLINE AT ***** BEAUTY EVER AGAIN IN LIFE, AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO DO THE SAME. ***** CLUB IS CORRUPTED. .A, ****Review from Chiquitha C

I will preface this review by saying that I have been a **** Beauty online customer for 7-8 years and I have never had an issue with their products or shipping until now. Yes, there are less expensive options available, but ***'s Beauty has always been consistent with me until recently. After this experience, I won't be returning to this company.I recently purchased 2 products from the same brand --- two different lengths for different prices on 2/18/23. First off, their shipping typically occurs within 24 hours of ordering regardless of shipping type. I used their "FLAT499" shipping code as usual. However, I did not receive notice of shipping until 2/20/23.My package arrived on 2/22/23. I opened the package on 2/28/23 and saw that one of the products was opened. Mind you, both items are in the same packaging however, the shorter item looked brand new and untouched. The box of the longer item was unsnapped and the hair net had been removed. I reached out to customer service 2/28/23, they gave the standard "all of our products are new and unused." No request for pictures or anything. They informed me that if I wanted to return the item, then I would need to complete their **************** Return form, wait for their response within 1-2 days, pay for shipping to return the item, ship the item back within 14 days of delivery, wait for them to evaluate the product, and pay the restocking fee - that is determined at their discretion (30%). Why should I be required to pay for shipping (again) when I ordered a 2 new products and received one that was previously opened/used. Why was this item eligible to be resold as brand new for the regular price if it was in fact restocked. Why was this information not listed prior to or during checkout? Where is the customer service with this business? Or do they not care because women of color shop here?To simply state that "all of their products are new and unused" as a blanket response to a return request is unacceptable.Review from Nadege B.

False advertisement I ordered 20 inches and received 14 inches. I am so disappointed with ************************** on this hair to the point that i want to cry. No one in custody service was willing to help, they have no supervisor or manager. I am told to pay for the return and that if it says 20 inches in the tag then i have the correct product. Please check it out for yourself. I will review Samsbeauty on every social media/web to make sure that everyone knows that they are practicing false advertisement to sell their product. Someone should be able to protect ** customers from being fooled with false advertising and the **************** that is illegal. Please help.Review from Romney T

Buyer Beware!Never received my product I ordered online, and refused to refund my money. I ordered on 10/14 they said to wait until 10/19. 10/19 arrived, still no package! When I emailed them about my package, they told me to open a claim with ***** Don't buy from this place! Whatever they sell you can buy from AMAZON instead!
