Initial contract 5/29/21 $42.868 (25% deposit $11,216 Brand new windows and doors replacing all old wood with new.We are very concerned with quality of products, workmanship, service and accuracy of contract *********** have attempted to rectify but not to a satisfactory level and we feel that key information is always missing.Account number or order number - we believe it is our address *********************************************************************** Please see a very detailed complaint letter with supporting evidence attached.

I am rejecting this response because:You have not addressed any of the concerns raised and as you noted in your response please provide the receipts for all installations. Apologies for the confusion we did note Albany doors instead of Provia.

We have provided all material and product reciepts. We also provided proof of ******* dollar discount and proof of new Provia door paid for by Wilson. We only provide labor costs to our accountant.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The site will not allow us to send the videos or photos as keeps saying request entity is too large. We are happy to share the videos and pictures with emails to back up our concerns.
