I brought my dog in for basic services: vaccinations and to express his **** glands. He was his energetic self before they took him away but came back hunched over, shaking, vomiting, and bleeding from his a*** I called them on this to explain what happened but the doctor was dismissive and said a little blood was to be expected, it wasn't because I had taken him in before for this - never any blood. They said they took x-rays and said he was fine. I took him home and he didn't improve. I took him to an emergency vet twice over the next few days and they couldn't account for the damage to his a*** He died two days after the initial visit from complications to simple, routine procedures.Initial Complaint

My rabbit had developed very severe symptoms - severe head tilt, eyes rolling back and forth, and complete loss off coordination. It was very scary, so I brought him to see ************ in an emergency. She diagnosed him with traumatic brain injury, and said he may never fully recover. Sent him home with two basic meds, and no further help or labs. She said if his condition didnt improve within 10 days then we would need a quality of life talk.As he got worse, I brought him to my normal vet for a second opinion ready to put him down. She right away recognized E CUNICULI, and hospitalized him for three days. He ended up testing positive for it.He had all the symptoms of it, and any rabbit savvy vet should recognize that.He suffered for a week, and I was prepared to put him down from ************ mistreatment and misdiagnosis. To make it worse, I ask ************ for a motion sickness medicine for him as he cant stop trashing around and being dizzy, - she tells me to give him more of his pain med and that we may need to talk about euthanasia My primary vet got him on motion sickness injections RIGHT AWAY.Going to Naperville Animal Hospital could have killed my rabbit, and Im so glad I seeked a second opinion.
