I had a laser hair removal service appointment scheduled for November 13th. On the 12th I received a text saying that they needed to cancel my appointment and would reach out to reschedule. After about a week or so I realized that they never followed up so I tried to call. No one has ever picked up when I call. Never. It always goes to voicemail and then states that the mailbox is full so I can leave a message, then hangs up. After a couple weeks of trying to call at different times I finally replied to the text I got to see if that would get through. The message showed as delivered but I never got a response. I texted about two more times with some days in between and eventually the last text didnt show delivered. I believe I was blocked by the number. So then I found them on ******** and messaged them. No reply. I messaged them on December 15th, 2021 and the messaged has been viewed, but again no reply. I already paid them for several services and now I cant get ahold of them to make an appointment.

I purchased a Groupon for this business for laser hair removal. It was always difficult to contact them. They claimed only one person was performing the treatment and she also now had to manage the desk due to staff shortage. Its impossible to contact anyone and if you do get an appointment it will be cancelled or no one shows up. I then received this text message informing me that she no longer works there. Ive been unable to contact anyone. I paid for 6 sessions Im owed 3.

I paid for 6 sessions of Brazilian wax area and under arms. And they closed down shortly after. No reason or explanation and no refunds. They changed the message on the answering system. I feel they robbed me as well as other clients. I showed up to my appointment only to find no one at the business

This business has been selling products on Groupon for Laser hair removal. I have purchased it for $300. Employee name Dominica pulled me for entire body treatment for $1500 and she asked me that, I can get this deal if I pay all in advance. First, a few treatments went well. Since last Nov, all of the sudden there is no access to the building. Their phone number buzzes a busy tone and another auto notification number is listed as immigration medical check-up voicemail. I have always found the following things suspicious. 1. She is always one person in the office with the same room however their website talks about multiple services. It seems like she was subleasing some area in that office 2. when ask any questions related to discount or which medical group her services are tied up to, Dominica always refers to He/him and no company or name of that person. Once I ask who are you referring he (I will ask him this question or that question ) She claims that there is a Dermatologist doctor who owns this business) the name she gave pronounces as Dr ******* This name is not found in a ****** search.I have got the landlord's contact number listed outside of the building, he told me that this business has not paid rent and has not paid to employees for a long time. There is lease name Dr **** ******* Again there is something that doesn't make sense to me as the first building owner is saying that I will take your contact details to provide the business owner your details. He took my contact details and a few min later he is calling me to provide details which seems like, he is talking to Dominica who is misleading everyone by using the doctor's name as well as claiming that she is employee however seems like Dominica renting this place and the building owner or business has something to do with evaluation med spa. The building owner name is **** and his contact number is: ********** When he replied his call, that number is - ************
