There recently was a hailstorm in my area with 23-inch hail stones. I knew there was probably damage to my roof, so I did my research and interviewed several companies for the job. Believe me, I am a hard sell, and do lots of research prior to hiring anyone from the trades, as, in the past I have been burned and it taught me a hard ******* I am skittish now. Out of the four companies I met with, Everlast Exteriors of Illinois was the one I chose to hire, and I am so glad I did. This company had five-star reviews everywhere ************** BBB and other sites), which made me more comfortable with them. The owner **** explained their process to me and how they have individuals at the company, each dedicated to their areas of expertise. Believe me, they are experts! ***, is the Claims Adjuster Whisperer. At least thats what I call him. Very nice person who really is gifted in the art of dealing with insurance people. He worked with the claims adjuster from the insurance company directly. I really didnt have to get involved much at all. He was on the roof with the adjuster while she assessed the damage, and within four hours I received an approval from the insurance company for a new roof, gutters and window screens. The first check was in my bank account within two days, and the second, and last check when the job was done was in my bank account two days after completion of the project. Holy cow!!! I couldnt believe the process was so easy and went so smoothly! The roof looks beautiful, and the gutters look great! So much so that I decided to give the rest of the house a facelift and will be hiring painters to update the look of the house. Thanks also to **** who gave me inspiration to play with the colors of the gutters and the house paint. It is going to look great when its done, and I have ********************* from Everlast Exteriors to thank. Great job guys! I am so glad I hired you! I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a botched roof install from a prior roofer and after hearing ******************* about Everlast, we decided to have them evaluate our roof project. Not only was the team super responsive, they did an incredibly thorough job. I couldnt be happier with their work. They also provide spectacular customer service after the install. We hired a public insurance adjuster to assess hail & wind damage to the roof on our sons house in Montgomery, **. They did such a poor job evaluating & documenting the repairs needed, that the insurance company issued an insulting low claim settlement of only $2,480. Knowing that something was wrong, we researched roofing contractors in the area & saw online that Everlast Exteriors had far & above the best customer reviews in the area. So we contacted them and they properly documented to the insurance company that the entire roof had to be replaced, resulting in a claim settlement of $13,461, an increase of almost eleven thousand dollars!!! So in this case, hiring a public insurance adjuster was a huge mistake youre better off hiring a reputable roofing contractor like Everlast Exteriors who will go to whatever lengths needed to properly represent you to your insurance company. Mikes crew showed up as promised, replaced the roof quickly & kept the area clean. I was in the commercial building business before retiring, and it was rare to find a contractor who is reasonably priced, keeps their promises and does the work well. Perhaps thats why Everlast Exteriors has been in business for 34 years RARE in the contracting business!
