      Unfortunately I bought a vehicle from river front after being **** *** by the salesmen. Before going into the dealership to look at a vehicle, I called and ask about it. The first question I asked was had it been smoked in. The salesmen said no. I asked what kind of condition it was in ( dents, dings, scrapes). The salesmen said it was in perfect condition. I took a long drive to see the truck and bought it even though it had a few scrapes and dings. After having the truck for about a week, I noticed a smoke smell starting to develop. Called the dealer ship and they said they would pay for an ionization process to clear the smoke smell. You can ever get all the smoke smell out of the vehicle. If I would have known about the smoke, would never have bought the vehicle. Im not going to drive around in an ashtray. Just a bunch of liars at this dealership.

      We were selling the vehicle at $47,950 less $5500 trade allowance to have a final balance of $42,450. When the customer was looking over the vehicle, he wasn't happy with a couple of scratches on the vehicle, and we saved him an additional $1000 after he already agreed to the $42,450. If we would've smelled smoke in the vehicle, we automatically replace the cabin air filter, which we did not do. When the customer called with the concern, we offered to have him take it to have it ionized and to send us the receipt.

      I purchased a Jeep from Riverside in ************ on 5/15/************* the vehicle home (I live 34 miles away) the vehicle kept acting like it was going to stall. Once home I called my sales person and he asked that I bring the vehicle back to be looked at the next day, which I did. Went back the following day and picked up the vehicle it still acted though it was going to stall but I ignored it as I rarely drive. I called the service department a few months later as it was getting worse and he could not find record of me bringing my Jeep in for service. Apparently no one looked at the vehicle because I called the service manager and he stated my Jeep had never been brought in which I find odd as they had it over night. It continued to get worse I brought it in for repairs and the dealership (who in my case sold me a LEMON) would not offer assisting with a bill totaling $1730.27 BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. This system forces a star rating which they do not deserve

      When the customer came back the next day ************ checked the vehicle over and everything was working properly. Before the vehicle was sold it had gone through a compete inspection. The only other time the customer was back in our store was almost 2 years after his purchase.

      Went in for a standard recall. When I picked up my vehicle I had additional lights in my dash that were not on before. The service manager told me it was not related after I sat there an additional 3 hours a second day. Went to another shop, they were ******** it in 10 minutes and told me that the light was on because they did not recalibrate a sensor after the recall software update. They also do not follow the recall procedures provided to them from dodge. The service manager told me that they dont have to follow them. Have pictures and proof of the poor workmanship and incompetence of the service manager and technicians. Would never recommend that anyone go here. Much better service at the Chrysler/dodge in Saint *******
