      I got a dip manicure on 11/9. By 11/10, the top coat on several nails started to peel off. I came in on 11/12 for a repair. By 11/13, more nails began to peel, a total of 8 nails total. They agreed to repair again on 11/4. When I showed up, they stated that they will no longer repair my nails because they did it twice already. Clearly my nails are still peeling and became thin from the previous drilling from the first 2 repairs. They refused to refund, credit, or fix the issue despite their first 2 repairs failing.

      Hello There,

      Our salon policy is that services are non-refundable. We had offered to fix her nails 2 times with no charge. If we have to fix the third time, there will be a charge. However, she did not want to pay for the third repair so we did not fix it for her. As a result, we offered a 20% off her next service. She still did not accept the offer.

      I am rejecting this response because my nails were not done correctly the first time. Instead of fixing the problem properly when it was presented, they simply drilled off the top coat, and added more top coat. Which then caused my nails to become thin and chip/break. If they were done correctly, there would be no need for any repairs. I have been to this salon previously and received the same service with no issues. However, this time tech did not do a good job. I went to a different shop and have not had any issues.

      I rejected the 20% off because my nails were not done properly in the first place. I was not going to pay again and have the same issue.
