Custom golf clubs were ordered and paid for on 2/5/22 for delivery within 6 to 8 weeks. Multiple texts, phone calls and visits were made to the business to resolve the issue. Now the phone number has been disconnected and no response from the owner of the business. We have gone to the ******** police, but they said that there was nothing that they could do on Oct 1 and the police officer was going to get back to us though we have not heard a word. The amount is $2200 and it was paid with a check for a 10% discount. Business owner is ***********************, *****. He has given us delivery dates and then we don't hear from him at all for weeks; no communication at all. He has multiple ****** complaints related to his business on their site.Initial Complaint

On 20 November 2021, I got a club fitting and purchased my son a set of custom TaylorMade Clubs.I have attached the receipt and fitting document.The Business told me that I would be contacted once they came in. I never heard from them again, so I stopped by the Establishment to check on my order on 11 March 2022 **** said that the delay was COVID-related and would have them shipped ASAP.I felt OK with the explanation, and I then purchased a set of clubs for myself on 11 March 2022. I have not received either set of clubs, and the owner promised a refund that had not happened. I will file a small-claims lawsuit against the owner if this is not resolved soon.Initial Complaint

I paid for golf clubs that I never received. I made contact with BackSpin Golf, and its owner, ***********************, multiple times. I was given multiple excuses for ten months, until I requested a refund. I was told that was fine, but then have spent the last six weeks getting the runaround from **** about the refund. He never gave me any proof that the clubs were ordered, or that the refund was processed.
