I hired this company to install my vinyl plank floors and he sent people who could not communicate with me (they didn't speak english). I specifically instructed the owner not to rip out my asbestos floor but to just put the new floor over it. Next thing I know they were ripping out the asbestos floor in my house with pets and kids in very close proximity. As if that wasn't already off the charts horrendous, there was water on the floor (under the floor they ripped out) and they proceeded to install the new floor OVER THE WATER b/c they wanted to get paid for installing a floor and not wait for a water leak to be fixed. And of course, no communication with the guys he sent b/c they didn't understand me. I tried to contact the owner, to no avail. Now the floor is ruined b/c the water is coming up from underneath. I have to hire someone to rip the floor out, hire a plumber to fix the leak, then buy a whole new floor and hire someone to put it in. I AM TALKING ABOUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES. Side note: I smelled something burning so I went to see what it was and these guys were sitting on the floor with a tortilla maker plugged in cooking tortillas. So unprofessional. I paid him $5500.00 for this nightmare and he won't respond to fix it or reimburse me. Now I am left having to pay to fix it and I don't know what damage has been done to my family and my pets for the asbestos being in the air. This company should not be in business and people should know of his reckless and unprofessional business model.

I would like to start by saying that the work the client is talking about was done almost one year ago. We've always been texting and calling each other during the process. Since then she never called, text or emailed. The allegations stated in her comment are not true. The little bit of water that she saw on the concrete floor was from the guys disconnecting the washer/dryer and the sink. The **trap on the sink was so old and corroded that cracked while removing it. When we've told her about it she said that my guys cracked it and she forced me to get a plumber on a Saturday to fix the cracked **trap which I did. We told her not to use the laundry machines until she gets a plumber on site to check on the **trap, but she didn't listen.

And now, one year later, she is posting discriminatory allegations everywhere online, where she can, about the fact the the guys don't speak english and I pay them $5/hour and that they dared warming up tortillas in her house.

Obviously, we are all at fault for some water leak that has nothing to do with the flooring work we did.

You be the judge of a person that wants someone to pay for whatever leaks and issues she is having after almost 1 year from the time the work got done.

The date my wife and I had our floors redone started May 17 2022 and did not finish until June 9 2022. Saturday May 21 2022 we were allowed back in the house to find stain all on the walls, stair risers, door trim, and cooking pan holder ripped out of wall, along with stain missing in corners of the floor. The contract states *customer to do touch *** on base and shoe trim. The base and shoe trim were not on the walls during the job since I took them off to replace with new ones. It does not state that I would need to do touch *** on walls, stair risers, and door trim. At this point I had already paid 3/4 of what was owed of the *****. I showed pictures of everything to the owner (****) and he personally came over. He tried telling me it was my job to clean up his mess but he would send someone over to fix the touch ***. We waited two weeks for one guy to come make it right so we can honor the contract. He did not get any stain off the wall but smeared it instead and put a new ******************* on the freshly done floors. I mentioned this to the company and no response. Carpet guys came today 6/9/22, and installed stair runner. That was a very good job. Since owner did not finish the job which over the phone I told him the job isnt finished I only gave half of the **** that was owed. Owner will not admit that this job is not done, will not make this right, and causing me more money to hire a painter to fix his mess ***.
