I bought this insurance for a flight I was supposed to take in Jan. ************** it had to be canceled since the person I was going to see passed before I could get there. I was approved for a refund by the company, but I am still waiting for my refund. I just contacted them again. They had to cancel a check they supposedly sent out. Mind you; it is Feb 28 no check was ever sent. They said they would issue an email so I could log in to my bank account to get the refund from this company. Over two weeks have passed I have not received the link. I am fed up with the company. I keep getting the I'm sorry, but no refund. I am very annoyed. SVBusiness response

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take customer service matters very seriously, and we hope the information below will help address this concern.
We can confirm that ********************** did purchase a travel insurance product through Allianz Travel, which was underwritten by BCS ****************** ********************** subsequently filed a claim for this product, which was approved.
On February 1, payment was issued for the full amount of ********************** claim to the address provided at the time of purchase. On February 21, we were contacted and advised by the customer that they had not received the payment. Accordingly, a stop payment was placed on the check. The stop payment was completed March 10, at which time, a check was reissued to the customers address. ********************** should have received the reissued check within 5-7 business days.
As of the date of this response (March 21), we are nearing the end of the 5-7 business day window as outlined. If ********************** still has not received a check by this time, we encourage her to reach out to the ***************** at ************, so that we can take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.
