Wish I had checked this out beforehand. I also have been scammed.Product never received. So disappointing.

I ordered the Angel ********* ornament with a custom photo on Nov. 1st and it was delivered today nov. 26th and I love it. I read all the reviews after I ordered it and was very worried but mine is very good quality and looks great. Im very pleased. **************** also responded very quickly when I asked when I would be getting it about 5 days ago. I would order from them again.

I received 2 items I ordered so far. I will be fair and say both pieces are very nice. The ornament is beautiful and the necklace with its charm makes a nice show. They could be given alone and be a fine ******* big problem is how the pictures look in the orbs. The picture in the ornament looks OK. It does take some squinting to see it. I can see it and my Mom can only see it at certain angles. The real problem is the picture in the necklace is so tiny and takes extreme squinting. I can see it but my Mom cannot nor do I have faith that the intended parties will be able to see it based on their eyesight compared to mine.The tips they give to see it do not really work nor should we have to do that. It defeats the purpose of getting something like this. If I wanted to shine a light thru the orb onto a wall, or use the camera on my phone, then I would never have ordered this. It should be a big picture you see in the orb as soon as your eye gets close. The last thing I want someone to do is stress to see what I am giving them. They also say they need a video of what the picture looks like to move forward with service help. I can't even get the small picture in the orb of the necklace to show except when i squint really really hard. No way I can do a video or taking my time. The item is not worth all of this work at this point. I have 6 other items coming already that I cannot cancel. I hope they are OK but will probably end up taking them at a loss if they are not. I wish I read reviews before I bought what I bought. I was blinded by the idea and how the website makes it seem that these pictures are mesmerizing and big in the orbs. Do not fall for it.

Bought 3 remembrance bracelets with photo charms on 7/8/24, it took weeks to get them, and they have now all lost the photo charms as of 11/22/24. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Company was no help. Their warranty is only 60 days and they will not replace the missing charms. I would recommend NOT buying anything from this company. So disappointing.

Never received product,they refused to refund my money after contacting customer service chat I was informed they do not have a customer service number.

Total scam! Product is inferior. I requested a refund and offered to return the item but all I got from their customer service department was a big run-around. I did what they requested (take a video of the product) numerous times but it was never good enough for them to see the problem/poor quality.

Horrible! False advertisement all over their website which shows 5 star rating with absolutely none of the true reviews. I posted a review on their website and it's not visible. Buyers need to know in advance about this --- Caution Takes 4 weeks to get bracelet Misleading. It doesn't ship in 1-2 weeks and the order isnt started as soon as it is placed as advertised on their website. Its been 15 days and my order still hasnt shipped and once shipped they said to expect another 5 business days. Order placed the first week of November which should be well before the rush of Christmas. Requested overnight shipping due to the delay in order being fulfilled but not an option. Disappointed as the gift will not arrive in time to give to recipient on their birthday. Can't speak to the product yet and I'm questioning if it's all a scam and if I'll ever receive the bracelet.

****************!!!!!!! Horrible quality and I immediately emailed them when I got my order two weeks after I placed it, expressing how upset I was and that I wanted a refund. They asked me to send them videos, and I did, and then they said the videos didn't show the items were defective. I explained that the photos inside were barely visible and they were BLURRY!!!!! They failed to take any ownership for their horrible mistake and refused to refund me! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Total waste of time and money!!!!!!!!

Bracelet was purchased for me from a friend after my beloved pet passed away. Wore it maybe twice a week for 2 months before it broke- no more than 16 wears. Reached out for repair/replacement and was told they only provide a 30 days warranty. Wear Felicity customer service response: "I am so sorry for the inconvenience and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, I am unable to enter a replacement on my end for any item past the 30 day warranty date. I can assure you that we take this issue very seriously and are currently looking into this. We are consistently prioritizing improving our products every day to ensure top quality. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you."Buyer beware.

100% disappointed. I can't make out the photo charm without a flashlight and the image is super blurry and they zoomed in to the point that my husband is cut out of the picture. Everything feels cheap and I can't even figure out how to attach the charms to the bracelet. Never order here.
