I think it's a shame that when trying to get your $100.00 deposit back, they drag there feet. It has been over 2 weeks and still nothing. My husband gave them a $100.00 cash and they didn't have it when he went in to get it. I guess the check is still in the mail. Not good business practice. My husband went to Orland Park Volkswagen to buy me a vehicle on August 30th and was told they would have it on September 2nd the latest. He called twice on that day with a promise of a call back and never did. So he went to get his deposit back. If they didn't have the vehicle, they should of at least called him. Why should we have to call. No customer service, not professional and when he was told on September 13th that the check was being processed, you can hear laughter. He told them he needed the vehicle on the 2nd because he was going in for cancer surgery the next day. Will be letting everyone I know what happened so they can tell people NOT to go to Orland Park Volkswagen. Mr. **** *****, sales manager, is the most unscrupulous person I have ever dealt with. Jeers for picking on a cancer patient .

f I can give this dealership a 0 I would . our car sales man *********************** has anger issues. Right when it came down to negotiating the car price a switch flipped and he was hostile the entire time. He had attitude and was yelling about how he wouldnt go down on the price. On top of it all, he tried to attach Luxe package and some Vin etching that was $2k added to the out of door price. When we refused to pay for those services as they were NOT NECESSARY he shook my hand and told me to basically f- off. When I stood up to leave he kept going on about the price and I had enough making me lose my own temper. It wasnt until we walked out the door he came running out and magically decided to give us our asking price on the car. Whole ordeal gave me a migraine. Oh and one of the cars he showed us had an oil leak. be careful with this man dont recommend. The only person who had common decency was the finance manager. He was a stand up guy Im sorry I didnt get his name. PS- Mo still pulled a fast one on us on the pricing but since it was for my little sister who needed a car I was tired of arguing with this grown man.

This company was deceptive and performing criminal activities with my state ID and Social Security number. I met with a dealership with a pre-approval from *********** for a ***** Impala LT 2014 . They had me sign a consumer credit application for the car. Then ran my credit multiply time, then ran it for cars I did not sign off on. The way I found that out was by calling *********** and they was able to provide me verbally of the reported cars. ITS ILLEGAL TO DO THAT. Volkswagen of Orland Park is doing dangerous predators. As a consumer its so important to take pictures of every document you sign because they will do illegal s*** Then they had the nerve to call the police on me because I address them. They didn't even apologize. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. STAY AWAY. IM GETTING A LAWYER.

I bought my 2018 audi truck 7/12/2023 and two weeks later the exhaust went outm the inspection light is on, oil light is on and car is saying its low and tire light is on. I called and spoke to **** the finance manager and he said bring it in which I did and thats how I found out it was the exhaust and that **** said its my responsibility to pay for it even though i was told the car had a full a inspection and i wouldn't have any problems. It felt like the salesman ******** was pushing me into this car so they could get it off the lot as oppose to volkwagen i wanted. However i made my choice but I did not foresee all the lights coming on oil change is needed, tires are needed no oil in the car and the car is running extremely loud. **** the finance manager is uninterested in helping me fix the problem. Just sad. I feel completely taken advantage of and i wouldn't recommend anyone buying a car from them.

I am a black single women mother of two who went to Volkswagen orland purchased my **** from Volkswagen Orland ************************* was my salesman and *** and **** are the sales managers. Please be careful ******** is a fast talker. I test drove a white **** and a Volkswagen and I felt they forced the black **** on me because they said I wasnt approved for the Volkswagen atlas and the white was gone. In which I had clearly seen it on the lot. And ******** said oh u wasnt approved for that one. Which was okay. However I was told that the **** I purchased had full inspection and I thought I purchased a 4 year warranty. Car purchased 7/12 ..7/24 my car started running loud. Called made a service appointment and spoke to ****. **** the sales manager approved for service to see what was wrong and it was the exhaust pipe. Theres a crack in it. I told **** I havent even made my first car payment. I only had the car two and a half weeks. You all sold it to me like this and you know this shouldnt be my problem to pay for. Found out my warranty does not cover it and the the sales manager said its my. Problem. And it shouldnt be that expensive to fix. A couple hundred dollars. To him that *** not be a lot of money but to me it is with all the inflation. Now my car is alerting me that an inspection is needed. It seems they sold this problem to me purposely. This does match their value they promote online and others should be careful when dealing with Volkswagen orland park

I bought an SUV with a trade in through your finance company. It has been two month now and Credit Acceptance has not received there money yet. I have call an talked to you all over and over. you all lied and said that you paid them . Now it show a repossession on my credit report. My next step is to call the better ***************** before I take it to the courts.
