This was my first time financing a car from Nissan in Orland Park. It was the easiest and smoothest car dealing process ever. A lot of that was thanks to ***, who helped me tremendously! He displayed an abundance of professionalism, knowledge, and care in finding what worked best for me personally. *** went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and made the process so quick and easy! I couldnt be more thankful! In addition, the environment/dealership itself was very clean and all of the staff were professional and kind. I feel confident in my choice to lease and couldnt be happier with my purchase.

As a returning customer of ****************** in ********************** Park, I can attest to his very professional, calm and polite manners, and how he made me feel comfortable and acknowledged in what I was looking for.I leased my first car with Djamal and the process was smooth and seamless, I walked away ecstatic as I felt I made a phenomenal choice. He helped me every step of the way, even with the features and setting up my phone with the car. He went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations, and for the price I felt comfortable with, he was able to get it done. I came back to ****** again and once again received the same exceptional service as the first time. I was able to lease feeling absolutely confident and happy with my choice.

I wish that I could also give this dealership 5 stars. But, I cant. I was told by the advisor that the recall was fixed on my car. But, now I find out that the part was now ordered. I have had several problems with this dealership and I decided that I would give them another chance and they failed. The online website states that service appointments can be made after 4:00 pm then they call you as if its the customer fault that the website isnt updated and they say oh you cant bring your car in at that time you will have to reschedule. When the service on my car is completed they park your car in between other cars making it hard for you to exit the service department. Advisor ***** thinks that his job obviously is a joke and he also thinks that the customer wants to play games with him. There is always an issue when I come to this service department at Zeigler in Orland Park,**. If my car is completed why am I still sitting in the waiting area???? I have better things to do then spend my whole day listening to the floor squeak as people walk past. The text that is sent to the customer to track the service appointment also doesnt work. Or the advisor doesnt want to update the customer. Because, the advisor is busy doing other things. Dont have the feature if it doesnt work.

I really wish we could write a positive review for this dealership. Unfortunately we cannot. What it comes down to, is that their salesman are not knowledgeable on the vehicles that they are selling and they will flat out lie to your face just to get the deal done. I feel like they took complete advantage of us and I guess shame on my husband and myself for not taking our business elsewhere. But if I can help other buyers beware and to not be taken advantage of by this dealership then I guess it wasnt all for nothing. I swear the reason why buying a vehicle takes hours on end is so they can get you so mentally exhausted and so desperate, you just want the entire process to be done and over with. It really makes the average day person wake up the next morning and come to the realization that you were completely screwed over. The worse part is, in most instances you cannot return a vehicle to a dealership after you leave the parking lot. You are now stuck with a really bad deal and three to seven years paying for it. Going back to this particular dealership though, they are not a good business to do business with. To other consumers please do your research and take your vehicle buying elsewhere.

****** receive struts on the car never stated that I would need a wheel alignment after bothering with the wheel. That is highly recommended. Terrible knowledge on service advisor.

I was able to get a late afternoon appointment pretty easily. The staff were friendly and informative. And it didn't take long for the work to be finished. Due to construction, had to be shuttled to another dealership to wait. Understandable and thankful that option was available, but still a bit of an inconvenience. Looking forward to the construction to be finished!   

Friendly, fast, and easy to deal with. **** helped me out in the service department. I highly recommend them for any services.

Very professional and honest about what you need they do not oversell or lie!!!
