I signed up for a 6 week challenge, paid $150 for a monthly membership. I was told I had to be in this gym at least 3 times a week to meet the requirements for this challenge. Due to the nature of my work, there were times I would cancel class and reschedule due to being on call for crisis work. I started noticing that I was charged $20 for canceling class with over an hour notice. The reason I was told I was charged was that I did not cancel class within a 3 hour time period. I was never told any of these fees upon signing up, I feel tricked and that I was made out to be taken advantage of. Not to mention I paid $150 for a membership, which should pay for my spot already should I decide for any reason that I cannot attend class. This facility will not ***** me a partial refund, as I have paid $190 to attend 3 classes there. I was told I have access to the facility until the membership month expires, but I have voiced to this facility that I no longer feel comfortable in the environment, and will not return. Please encourage them to make this situation correct by *****ing me a partial refund, as I have not utilized $190 in services through them.
