I got a call from them about my prescriptions I haven't gotten filled. None of my prescriptions are on auto fill and I find this to be a problem with my privacy and my right to fill them or not. I also find the price keeps going up for this insurance. I started out paying $120.00 and then they changed my policy without telling which I have been paying $117.00 for, now it gone up to $131.43 beginning October ****** of this year. This is a AARP ******** Supplement *********** they don't pay. I have called them several times and they keep saying ******** didn't approve the services. Also they changed my policy that I started with to the one I have now without calling or telling. Thank you,****** MReview from Liz M

I work at the writing agents office as an account manager for our client who had a policy with Clear Spring. Our entire experience with our client accessing their own money has been horrible! I have been given different information from each representative I have talked to and have been made promises that have been unable to be kept. The company does not understand its processes, cannot give reliable dates of processing or payment, and management has no interest in fixing any issue that has come up. I have tried to find a resolution for the payment owed on more than 10 occasions and each time I was told a different story. I have been promised a call back from a supervisor for over a month now. I do not believe anyone is going to call me back at this point. We will no longer do business with this company and I wouldn't suggest anyone to trust their, or their clients money here. There are many incredible carriers to choose from. This is not one of them!Review from Jay T

My wife was enrolled without her consent. She has **************** for life. And pays nothing for prescriptions. She was sent a bill for premiums from this Clear Spring Health. I recommend you do not use this company. How do you select a negative STAR.Review from Juan R

This company is supposed to be a prescription coverage company. This company denies coverage for ordinary medications approved for many years by the U.S. Food and ******************** Because of companies like this one, it is the reason why health care system in the **** is completely broken.Review from Charles T

Cant I give a negative number...Apparently I have been enrolled in their system, judging from the cards they sent me. I called the phone number on the back, ************ to find out what these were... I'm kinda scam *****... the heavy foriegn accented female asked for the member ID# which I gave her. Then i asked her why was this sent to me. S h.g e then started asking for my personal information, i told her i gave her the # from the card, she should be able to see that information on her screen. I'm not giving them NOTHING....I guess I flustered her, too bad. Their call center is in ***********... the country...They're part of the Group **** companies with $60 billion in assets, why can't they have an American based call center. Sounds like big business/big government big bulls**t to me.Need to get back to basics in this country and leave foriegn actors out of our affairs.Review from Deb K

Zero stars if I could. Signed up with them during open enrollment. When it came time to fill my arc, they denied me with no warning. So Im paying for the service but getting no benefit. *** been denied again and again. Worthless company. Theyll be glad to take your money though.Review from Julia S

I have POA over my husband who suffers from dementia. I was trying to get home health care through ******** and somehow (without my approval or knowledge) ending up with medical health care through clear springs. They refuse to speak with me until they receive POA. I have sent it 5x to 4 different emails and they still havent received it he is going to lose his health care through the VA now, and they refuse to do anything about itReview from Lynda K

I pay for a delivery service at CVS. This company will not allow them to mail my prescriptions to my home using a service I personally pay for. I will not renew with this organization. Unfortunately, it is February and I am stuck with them until January ****.Review from Debra S

If your looking for a ******** part D, please don"t use this company. When I turned 65 my ******** Insurance recommend this co. The first year my mo. payment were $15.99. so I sent a payment for three months $47.97. They didn't except a three mo. payment and so I received past due and charged a late few Cancelled this company on 12/15/21 and yet they still sent me a payment for $45.99 for each month in 2022. Total bill: $333.70. During last year this company didn't pay for any of my prescriptions. In fact a drug that cost me $12.99 at best. Would now cost $125.00. one of my prescriptions started to cost me $349.00 Do not sign up for this company.
