Sent me a bill for services that where not done spoke to them on phone after I received a 350 dollar bill stating they pumped my septic. Owner stated he could not pump because he could not remove septic lid.i said then what is this bill for. Then he said he had pumped it.i never even agreed to a pump and the septic was not pumped. He again denied that he had said he couldn't get lid off. It's clear my septic was not pumped. Owner said he would disregard bill. I requested that in writing and he refused . I was ultimately charged for services he knowingly knew he did not provide. I would like something showing I do not owe this company .Business response

Please see the attached invoice that shows. We removed all charges for the work that was completed by Mr. ******* and his assistant, **** ***, Per the client's insistence that the work in question was not completed. Please contact us for any further questions.
