On 11/19/2022 I had a charge taking out of my account by TracFone for a total of $45.35. upon seeing this I immediately contacted TracFone and discussed the issue. They informed me that they were giving me a full refund from the charges. I contacted money network and they told me that since it had posted that would have to fill out a dispute on the charges and that it would take up to 30 to recover my money. TracFone says they don't understand why I'm not receiving the money because they are returning it freely. This make no since to me for a billion dollar company would want even 1 of their customers to incure the kind of hardship this is causing. The money was for Thanksgiving expenses and now things are alot more depressing than should be. I just want my refund that TracFone is trying to give meInitial Complaint

AUG23 and AUG24, 2022 Many transactions posted to my MoneyNetwork debit card acct. no. ending in 0395. The card is my sole account and used specifically for emploment earning direct deposit through Home Depot my place of employment. MoneyNetwork has denied my dispute form stating that all transactions are related............. I was not 1. notified of dispute denial and/or reason stated, 2. was never notified of suspicious activity on my acct., as stated in all correspondence and website materials. 3. My employer called to have my paycheck debited back out of my acct. and a paper check mailed to my home address and that was not done. Payroll deposit instead was made to a new acct. issued to me to replace the old acct.
