On April 6th 2023 we ordered a ********** **** w/ Serrated Front Cutting Edge from Skid Steer Nation. Their prices are higher than the competition however, they touted their flat rate shipping guarantee. This flat rate shipping policy states specifically "If the cost of shipping exceeds the amount you paid then Skid Steer Nation will cover the difference!" With that clear assurance we completed our order via the Skid Steer Nation website (order #****), consisting of $5625 for the grader and $10 for the flat rate shipping for a total $5635 which we paid via credit card which posted to our card account within 24 hours. In the days following our order we started to get emails asking us to purchase add ons to our order but no email with shipping status. After a week we sent an email to their sales department to find the status of the order with no written response. Finally we got a call on April 20th from someone in Skid Steer Nation sales asking us to either cancel our order or pay another $1000 because their shipping costs were so high that they were not going to make a profit on this order. I told them that is not acceptable and we demand they ship our order since we have fully paid relying on the shipping guarantee shown in their website terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions are very clear (********************************************). I followed up the call with an email again clearly stating we demand grader be delivered since we fully paid for our order. We have not received any response from the company as to our order status. Last night at 2:45am we received an email from the owner stating he had an unexpected loss/business challenges and tied it all into some podcast he is advertising. Bottom line is this company takes your money, then makes excuses as to why they cannot deliver the product and then tries to milk you for more money to deliver the already paid for product. We just want what we paid for. That is all. Thank youBusiness response

There was a glitch in the system when this order was placed, and in the terms and conditions, it states that any errors will not be honored. The glitch allowed for the customer to see a shipping charge of only $10. I declined to honor the $10 shipping, but I offered to pay half of the $2,000.00 shipping, and they declined. I refunded all money.
