I was a member at Anytime Fitness and handed in a cancellation form to the employee in the office on 10/24/2023 as well as an emailed copy on 10/18/2023, 11/20/2023, and 11/28/2023. I received confirmation via email on 11/30/2023 that my membership was cancelled but I still am being billed for my membership months after confirmation my membership was cancelled.Initial Complaint

I opened this membership years ago. I haven't lived or used the gym in 5 years. I have tried numerous times to cancel. I told my bank to stop payment on this account. There is no one that can help me. I have went in to cancel in August and paid the 30 day fee for September, like they requested. Now I'm being charged for October as well? I will contact a lawyer if you continue to try to take money out of my account that I am not authorizing you to do so. Stop stealing my money. This is bad business. I cancelled this years ago but switched addresses. I have never received a statement with my information or membership being renewed each year without my permission. STOP taking the payment out. I owe you nothing. You owe me. I haven't used your service in 5 years. This is ridicuous!
