I placed an order for *********** totaling almost $5k for *********** ****** *** tee shirts. The last time the company corresponded was 6/16/23. It is now 7/6/23. I realize there was a storm last week and a lot of power has not yet been restored, but the non-communication began before the storms. I would think that emails could be checked externally from a private device. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. The issue is that I paid with a *********** credit card and the payment went through. How will the company be reimbursing for this??I was not contacted by ****** either.
