I had purchased a dog on Black Friday of 2023. I took the dog to the vet within 2 weeks only to find out that the poor dog has some serious health issues. Per hour contract it stated that if I call within 30 days I would receive a refund with proof of veterinary care and diagnosis. This facility refuses to call me back after I have left multiple messages and phone calls.Initial Complaint

Bought a Yorkie puppy from Furry Babies in Rockford ,********. The puppy was checked by Hillcrest Physician. On day 5 of owning this puppy, the dog began having seizures and diarrhea.The puppy was taken to ************************ After 24 hours in their care, she was sent home on several medications. I notified the person who sold the dog at the store, of the illness of my dog.I have provided the store with copies of lab results, medications I had to pay for, and the costs incurred so far. The store offered to trade this dog for another. I declined because the grandchildren are already attached. This is the second ******** purchased through this company.The first dog died at 2 months during surgery. besides the enormous cost of the dog, the money out of pocket is over $1,300.00. Please help me recover any expense I incurred.
