      A fedex driver drove over and got stuck in my yard where my drain field is causing $3,475 worth of damage. Ive had standing sewage water from my septic in my yard since the incident October 5th. Why is this insurance company telling me that I have to come out of pocket and pay $875 towards the bill when their client is the one that caused the damage?!? ***** ******, the ** of ***** in *********** has not been helpful in the least! He never reported the damage and ignored my calls and texts for a week after he got the estimate from the septic company. He only returned our call, talking trash to my husband, AFTER he found out that I called ***** and reported the incident. Now Im getting transferred to all kinds of people at Gallagher Basset because their adjuster assessed the damage came at $3,600 and change (which is over the estimate I got from the septic company to fix it) They only want to pay $2,698 leaving me to pay $777 towards their mistake! Make it make sense. I was told on Monday to wait 48 hours for Gallagher Basset supervisor, ******* ******, to call me back when Ive already been way more patient than most people would have been with having sewage in their yard for a MONTH. She never returned my call and I had to have someone at ***** personally get a hold of her. She still refuses to pay the entirety of the estimate to fix the damage. Instead she is saying she will only give cash value of my septic which she is dating back to when the house was built in 2006!!! I even went as far as to get other estimates hoping someone would come close to what they are willing to pay but instead was given one for $4,000! It has been over a month that *** had standing sewage in my yard due to their negligence and having them tell me to pay $777 towards their bill to fix what THEY BROKE is crazy! At this point I should just go see an attorney because they are all useless.

      Their insured hit me on August 2 2024. In two months I have minimal communication. Almost all communication has been initiated by a phone call or email by me. I have also been directed to three different people to handle one claim. I started working with ***** who only responded after a phone call. ***** then left the firm and her out of office pointed me to ******. ****** did not reassign the claim until I called and emailed multiple times. Then the claim was reassigned to ****** who was also slow to respond. There is now a delay with the repair of a few days and they are questioning the repair shop and the rental car time. The ONLY time they have proactively followed up has been to make this whole mess more work for us.

      The only reason they get a star is because they make me give them one. Slow to respond. Slow to send checks weekly. Stop checks whenever they want even with a judge telling them they have to continue to pay it. I settled with them in July still waiting for a check and its almost October. They dont care they are messing a familys life. Im on the verge of losing my house because they havent paid me yet.

      Their insured hit me on July 11 2024. In two months I have minimal communication.One phone call and a one sentence email. They do not return calls or answer emails. They did not follow up and perform the items they said they would do to settle my claim. At this point I am extremely frustrated. Also I believe they are in violation of some items in the state of Indiana insurance code regarding treatment of claimants.

      I have been emailing, calling and even sent a fax asking for an update regarding my liability claim for Five Below store incident - my adjuster has not called me back. This company has horrible customer service. You call the customer service **** and they say they do not know anything that all the info has to come from the adjuster. *** says adjuster will call you back in 48 hrs but you never get a call. I have loss wages and just need a call.

      My car was hit by a fed x driver while parked in front of my clients home. The fed x driver came to the door (which recorded him ) telling us he a car out front my client told him it was my car so I went out and spoke with him and we called and exchanged all information with insurance companies . And the fed x driver's boss showed up took photos and filed the claim. I was able to finally get in contact with one lady who was supposed to be the adjuster and I was able to get a rental car for 6 days and had to return it the lady that was the adjuster at the time was supposed to contact me back never contacted me never answered my emails messages so I continue to call every day and I keep getting told the same thing we have no information you need to talk to the claims manager oh and by the way you have a new claims manager so now that I had a new lady I tried contacting her and calling her everyday emails nothing in response I've called the main offices nothing in response I have contacted every person I can possibly think of and they're either busy feeding their kids or the phone goes straight to voicemail I honestly feel like Gallagher's Bassett has me blocked and refusing to fix a vehicle that ***** had hits not very professional of them for not responding it is now been almost 3 weeks since the incident and I haven't received any papers a gentleman who came out a few days after the accident and went ahead and did photos and sent in a bid and we still haven't heard nothing back I keep getting the same runaround oh we'll send a message to the supervisor and they will call you back and nothing not even a email .

      talked to a different person ever time no resolve on a refund what a joke never recommend them.never got a refund on the mistake !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      No star,they don't get back to you. You have to do all the work for any damage done to your car. Can't leave zero stars.

      This is an almost fraudulent operation. They lied, they dropped our insurance without a real explanation, which made us without coverage. As we wondered why they canceled it, they sent a letter telling us that we did not have enough money in the bank, which was untrue, since I had $40,000 in my bank account, and the policy was in the amount of $394.

      I was employed with Gallagher Bassett from 2006 to 2017. I took a promotion in 2007 and was told they would pay me $50000.00 a year but then when the day the paperwork was ready to sign they were oh we can only pay you $42000.00 a year an $8000.00 reduction. At the time I was new to ******** and I was single and needed a job. So I went along with it in desperation it took me at least 7 years to finally make the $50000.00 I was promised. I did not know at the time this was false pretense and illegal. But you only have 2 years to dispute and report it. So in the 7 years of promises and no raises but defiantly no lack of work I was screwed out of thousands of dollars Zero stars
