Erich's sent 2 of their employees to install the front door/storm door/ and frame in March 2022. The frame broke/ crack weeks ago. I've been trying to contact Erich's to send someone out to take a look and fix the problem. Well, they're ignoring all our attempts to contact them. We've text, called, left messages and they refuse to reach out to either myself or my husband ****. All we want is for them to acknowledge our attempts to reach them and fix the problem that's their fault.Business response

We stand behind our work and we are more than glad to go out and look at this job for the customer. We have not been avoiding this customer and we will contact them this evening to get this set up to look at the job to take care of their concerns. Today is June 3. Thank you.Customer response
