I had a membership with zip fitness in 2021 I cancelled the membership. A year later they charge my card again. I called their corporate office and was told there was nothing they could do about it. This is theft. The membership had been cancelled and why they are holding onto my banking info a year later to then charge me is certainly a breach of the membership agreement I followed by canceling the membership.Business response

Dear Better Business Bureau of *******,
This is in response to the letter you received from ************************* on March 4, 2022. I spoke to ******************** wife, advised her that she was not charged by Zip Fitness ****** LLC, and that she should dispute the charge with her bank. Since the beginning of the year, we have received numerous complaints that a company named "Zip Fitness Club" with a phone number of ************, has charged people in error. We are Zip Fitness ****** LLC, not "Zip Fitness Club," which is in a wholesale supplement business. Their website is https://zipfitnessclub.com. Again, we are "Zip Fitness ****** LLC," not "Zip Fitness Club," and have nothing to do with these charges. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any further information.

I am also including the Website provided by looking at the merchant number that was charged on the account.https://zipfitness.com/******
I am requesting for a full refund of the charged amount made on March 3, 2022.

We received further communications in regards to complaint #********, by *************************. As stated in our prior response, we have no record of charging ****************. His letter to you indicated that there was an attachment showing the charge, but it was not included in your communication to us. Kindly send some proof of the original charge (a copy or screenshot) so that we may proceed with our investigation. Thank you in advance.
