I bought a side by side from atvs and more in February of 2023. I have just found out within the last couple weeks that they falsified my income to get me approved for the financing through ***** ************* That loan shouldve never been approved, funded anything. And they definitely should not have falsified my information. I have the exact email I sent to them the day it was bought of the pay stubs I provided them for my loan app. *** asked for the loan application for the last 3 weeks and they dont have oneBusiness response

As ***************************** states, she provided pay check stubs that we submitted to ***** ************ and that is what ***** ************ used to approve the loan. How would we have "falsified" her income if the ************ used her paycheck stub to approve the loan?

This business did unauthorized repair on a tiller. Even when offered to leave tiller they held the 2013 CK35 tractor and front loader ransom for 8 months. I have this on video. During this time…they had an attorney sending letters threatening to charge rent and sale the equipment. I have these letters. Tractor was actually gotten back only because all the threats causing my mother to get nervous and pay the bill. Tractor was sabotaged during the 8 months there. Wouldn’t start at all when return to my address. Paint on tractor is faded and tires have dry rot on them. I was surprised at how clean was when I saw it. Apparently it was stored outside. But was inside when tractor was tried to be picked up…so couldn’t be picked up using blackmail and extortion. Again, I have video and letters to back up these statements.Business response

His mom has paid the bill and picked up the tiller. He has come in here and videoed us and all he is trying to do is to stir things up. We have contacted attorneys about him.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I haven’t been on their property in 15 years. Knowing that this company was causing a problem and the Manager *** ****** and Service Manager ***** was a problem. The day the equipment was tried to be picked up…Agreed upon by *** ****** prior via text...I got out of the vehicle with trailer attached prior to even coming on the property sending someone ahead. After knowing what had just happened…I sent him back in to ask the same questions and video the Manager. I have *** ****** on video refusing to release the tractor if the tiller wasn’t paid even when offering to leave the tiller. *** ******’s exact statement “comes in as one…leaves as one. This company does unauthorized repairs and then commits Blackmail and Extortion vs admitting their mistakes. Do to the poor customer service and Extortion, I even had my mother try to reason with this company but they were only interested in Extortion….breaking the law. Reading their previous responses they had no problem calling customers liars. This company is owned by Pennington Ford which has had many complaints and only rated C+. They have a history of bad service here and Pennington Ford. Pennington Ford Polaris in Centralia IL. It is a fact…they had a attorney contact us threatening to charge rent and sale the equipment. Great Customer Service. Moreover, my tractor was sabotaged during the 8 months there. Additional information, *** ****** was trying to sell me a new tiller 2 days prior to tractor pick up via text but we couldn’t agree on price as I was originally most interested in a new tiller as the service manager ***** was told. However, this same *** ****** started texting information regarding tractor pricing and trade in on tractor. Clearly their mistake, as I had just paid 489 dollars 2 months earlier for tractor maintenance. This company has made multiple mistakes and then blames the customer and commits Extortion to not admit their mistakes to ownership or ownership doesn’t care. That’s a fact.

The service department is a crooked group and I advise anyone reading this to run far from that place! I had a ****** ****** I took in for repairs cause it was spitting gas or oil or some fluid out of the exhaust manifold gasket and I told them it struggled to start and it had the leak I mentioned above and I sent it in for repairs. I get a call saying the clutch is out and I need to pay $250 more and I declined cause my clutch was just fine when I sent it in. Then they called and said the gas lines were dry rotted and fell apart and I needed to pay $85 to fix that and I declined because ******** sells a gas line that will fit for $6.99 a foot I had already replaced one gas line previously to getting “repaired” and once I got my bike back I had more issues then when I sent it in. I got it back with a ripped gas line, dead battery, absolutely no clutch what so ever, and still spitting fluid out of the exhaust manifold gasket. Which is why I sent it to get fixed. So I now have to fix the damaged gas line that wasn’t dry rotted at all and I have to figure out what they did to my clutch and I have to figure out what the cause of the rough idle and fluid coming from exhaust manifold gasket. They said that it was just to full on oil and after they dropped the oil level the bike ran just fine and that it wasn’t spitting fluid out of the manifold gasket and they straight up lied to me and robbed me $571. I hate this place I’m making posters for warning people and I’ll put them all over Salem , il unless I get a refund or an actual repairBusiness response

This company deceptively sold me a bike advertised at 4,000$. Then added on fees and a warranty that was over 3500$. I am calling in there in the morning to get this resolved. Did not show or explain any of the add on fees being financed, completely illegal deception by seller.Business response

We spoke with the customer who advised he would want to cancel the extended warranty that was offered at time of sale.
