This has nothing to do with the doctors at SkyPoint Medical Center. I have had a great experience with the staff here. My issue and complaint is with the office assistant, *********************************. I have been waiting on my medical records for two months now and was told I had to pay $25 for all of my records. I have no issue with that and have been waiting for her to get back to me to charge my card over the phone and release my records since September 28th. I have not heard back from her since that date. I have left a message with office staff, two voicemails, and a few emails all of which have not been responded to. I am very disappointed in this unprofessionalism and lack of communication as I am the patient and *********** my medical records. Again, this is no reflection on the doctors or medical staff. However, whomever is working in the office at SkyPoint really needs to work on their customer service skills. I just want my ********************** records sent to me.
