I had to stay in a room with no working tv; front desk employees wasnt apologetic or empathetic; was moved to another room after asking over three times to a room that was not the cleanest and the phone was broken. Was also charged triple charges.Business response

We certainly can do 10% off their room rate for the inconvenience, please do let me know if this works for them. The rebate can only be processed by Expedia as she paid them directly, this may take 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, we will not have a copy of the rebate from them. We also refunded her credit card that was charged by our agent by mistake on Jan 21.
