Last week, I was informed - and with urgency that i need to drop everything I am doing - and submit a payment OR my containers will get re-routed to **********. I stopped my vehicle on the highway - placed myself in a very dangerous - high risk situation - made an emergency payment - and sent proof of wire transfer - then I was informed that my containers were 'already' transferred to ********** (the vessel was in ***** - and supposed to be released in *****) - there was a strike coming up at **********, set for approx 4 - 5 days later - and I was lied - a bold - very bold and direct lie was made to me. I had a hard time letting this go - and then had to undergo the stress of knowing I was lied to - then I get suspicious - thinking - well - what else do they lie to me about - did other people's containers get offloaded at **********? Why not mine?? Today - Monday, they had a very similar urgency - but now the containers 'JUST' arrived at *************** - I emailed them to confirm first - and again - with urgency - I must make this payment 'ASAP' because it will take 2-3 days to process the release - so i confirmed - I urgently make this payment - and they can begin processing the release - missing other critical appointments - ******* to get the release - (as they have already placed me in jeopardy by not getting the release earlier in *****) - i send the payment receipt - and then they inform me (we cannot do anything - as we are not planning on processing any release until 'NEXT DAY' - - this is the 2nd BOLD lie i had to undergo. Not to mention - last year, they caused over $400,000 USD worth of damages based on the same exact sloppy - filthy way of doing business (i made an order to 'STOP') ordering containers - from them) - one of the person inside our company did not know - and this is why we are stuck with this sick and terrible situation. I will demand payment for the excessive damages from last year - and this year.
