4/08/24 There were no disincentive products anywhere in the store for customers to see, no barbicide in the store my nail tech clipped his own nails without disinfecting any tools or hands infront of me while doing my nails.There were no certificates shown anywhere in the store.I was refused a refund due to a policy that is advertised no where in the store, and was at no time communicated with me or anyone else.No sterilizer in the store.Initial Complaint

I was told I needed new nails, by my mail tech, *****. I paid $50 to get new Gel nail manicure. Within I week, my nails started taking in water. I called to complain, he never returned my call. Sure to this I had to purchase a new set of Gel nails. I would like to get a refund for this. I feel that her rushed, stopped to go out to pick up his daughter, and messed up my nails.
