From my first phone call to the completion of the job, the Real Seal company was professional and friendly. Every facet of their process was completely transparent. Real Seal sent pictures of their workers prior to the appointment with their qualifications and work experience. It was comforting knowing that the company we hired was looking out for the welfare of their customers. The work was done professionally and timely. All through the process of repairing the wall, he answered our questions and reassured us of the companies commitment to doing the job right. Thank you to the Real Seal.Review from Vic A

The service and care we received from Real Seal was outstanding. Our foundation was sinking and Real Seal came to the rescue. After reviewing and getting several quotes. Real Seal was the one company that took their time and explained every process to us and made us feel safe and secure in our decision. They explained everything throughly and in detail. I knew every step that was done and they even went above what was expected. ****** was always available if we had any questions and if he didn't have the answer he knew who to refer us to for extra assistance. I would Highly recommend Real Seal if you want the job done honestly and throughly. It was well worth the money to have the sense of security that they gave me as a home owner.Review from Lindsey M

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Real Seal in July 2024. They fixed a bowing foundation and waterproofed the basement for future finishing. Their team was prompt, respectful, organized and thoroughly educated us on the drainage tile system, installation process and prevention. The communication between The Real Seal team and myself was world class. Right after I submitted my online inquiry, I received email from a Repair Specialist, then a call and email from my account manager introducing themselves and their company, what service they provide and videos on how the work is done. There was never a time when I didn't know what was next. Contract was esigned, deposit and final payment both online, scheduling was super easy. I appreciated the message they sent with a picture and the name of the tech that was coming to the house. As promised, he called when he left his office with an ETA at our place. Our tech ****** is fantastic. Personable and professional! He explained what he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up the area probably better than how he found it. I've used Real Seal several times for various projects. They have fixed cracks in the foundation, sealed the base of the foundation, rerouted the discharge line from the sump, installed a backup sump. I have always found them to do a great job at a reasonable price. They take the time to identify the source of the problem and they explain what they can do to fix it in terms a ****** can understand. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I have interacted with from Real Seal has been great from the office staff to the rep who comes out to assess and price the job to the techs who come out to fix the problem.
