Date: 1/3/2023 >$170 The business committed to send a functioning part. I’ve ordered a part for the competition and when it arrived I discovered that there it requires a proprietary tool to be installed, however the tool was not included. The instruction note from the business instructed to use the proprietary wrench as well. When I called them to advise that they have forgotten to include the wrench, I was told by an employee that they don’t have the wrenches. The website never mentioned about a proprietary tool not being included anywhere. When I brought that up the employee said that he can’t do anything about it. He was rude throughout the conversation. Furthermore, later he told me that he has only one and he would charge a large fee to send it to me to use and send it back and that “he doesn’t trust me to send it to me in the first place”. After I brought up bad customer support he started yelling at me and told me that not to bring up customer service, I don’t know anything about it and that I’m starting to “piss him off”. Later I attempted to defuse and told him “that would be all, good day” after which he just hung up on me. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not only he didn’t own up to clearly the store’s mistake but also he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I file complaints extremely rarely, but given the circumstances, the attitude and the extreme poor level of customer service, I expect the business to make it right.Business response

Customer demanded this special tool. We offered to help the customer giving him choices. This tool the customer wanted is made by a business that is no longer in business. I have the tool and offered to send the tool if he would put a deposit down for the tool. Customer refused.
