My dog **** became sick about three weeks ago. I took her to animal medical center and she was given shots, fluids, X-rays, and medicine, but no diagnosis. The doctor refused to listen to the symptoms, and did not give any estimate before performing procedures in my dog as requested. I returned after a week with worsening symptoms, and ******************** would still not diagnose- only wanted to do more tests, clean her teeth, and send her snot out for a culture. My dog couldnt breathe, eat, or stand at this point, but the doctor wanted to put a 13 pound dog under anesthesia and work on her teeth, which surely would have killed her. After receiving no additional services, I left **** I ended up losing my dog today and had to put her to sleep because she went into cardiac arrest. Then I went to my mailbox and received a highly inappropriate letter from *** terminating our relationship. This horribly cold and callous letter came to me on the day my dog died after being in their care. (Attached). I would like the money back that I spent on basically getting zero services. This place is despicable.Business response

To whom it may concern,
We are saddened by ****'s passing, and sincerely regret the timing of our letter. **** was presented for evaluation by our medical staff, and
efforts were made to help **** and her human family. There were three visits, and on the third one, the client spontaneously departed in the
middle of the visit without notice. The encounters with the Vitales were problematic. The clients addressed my staff with raised voices and rude language.
Our letter of "separation", was mailed, to inform the Vitales that we would prefer for them to seek further care for **** at a different hospital, which
they pursued on their, as **** passed away at a different hospital. Once again, I regret that the Vitales received our letter on the day Lulu ****************************************************************** Chief of Staff
