      I placed an order for ****** EDDM Postcards from this company on 6/15/2022. I chose the bundling option for the eddm for an additional $255.00. They were having a promo for free shipping as well. My order total with everything was $2345.00 pre-tax. INCLUDING the bundling. I chose 3-4 day print speed and 3 day shipping. I also chose to have them check my designs and fix anything that needed fixed and send me proofs. This next part of the delay is totally on me. I didn't get the emails to approve the proofs until 6/27/22, they went into my spam folder. I emailed them back approved the proofs, and was told that they would start printing them now. Later that same day I received an email from a rep asking if I was interested in bundling for one $571.02 more! I was confused I emailed back and stated that I had chosen (and paid for) bundling when I placed my order and it was only $255.00. He emailed back the next day and said "perfect we will get that started for you right away" I then looked at my receipt and noticed that the total was off. They charged me shipping twice and only refunded it once, PLUS they added another charge for the bundling, essentially charging me double on that as well. I have screenshots that show all of this. I emailed them about this on 7/8/2022 with no response. Yesterday I went on to chat and spoke with someone who tried to explain to me why my order was still not here, I then used the math that he did in the chat to show him that if what he was saying was correct that I should already have my order. He told me my rep would email me. Today, no email. I have called several numbers and left several messages, and when I go onto the chat it ends the chat and directs me to email again. I want to speak to someone. I want my **** corrected and my overcharges refunded. I would like my order as well. If I cannot get this taken care of I will report them as a fraud on my credit card.
