Had service five years now problems Then we moved Cancelled service.They claimed we had an outstanding balance Paid it.Then they claimed it again and when we disputed, sent it to collections for 55$Then received ANOTHER WITH A LATE FEE bringing it to 115$Disputed it to *********** showing proof of payment to date of leaving property And proof of leaving property They dismissed it Now we received a new bill elevated from the original amount adding almost a hundred dollars to it with a new threat they will send that to a DIFFERENT credit bureau.I don't recommend And if you use them, I recommend keeping meticulous billing records

The customer called to cancel service on 9/13/2023. The owner who spoke to the customer and informed her that she will owe for September service since we already dumped the dumpster at the beginning of the month and she said ok. She then refused to pay the bill and accrued late fee's as it expressly states on the bill that if you do not pay your bill within 30 days it will incur a late fee. We provided the service with zero complaints before she refused to pay this bill and also provided a new dumpster when she requested it which is thousands of dollars. The customer then disputed the amount owed with the collections company after avoiding the bill for 7 months stating they do not owe it. The owners and office staff went over the bill with the customer several times to make sure she understood. A business can not operate on free services therefore you must pay for what you received.Review from Isaac O

We mail and email bills every two months to this customer. The bills have never been returned to ** stating they were not delivered via email or by post office. The bill is due every two months. The customer never called to state that they did not receive a bill in the mail or to inquire about a lost bill. The customer tried to pay their bill through our online payee system and entered their checking account numbers incorrectly. The customer's bill was already past due and was four months behind. They were well aware that they owed a bill and if they had any issues with the online system they could have called tech support which is listed on the payee website or they could have paid over the phone with a check/card or paid in person. We give customers several options to make paying their bills as convenient as possible. We go above and beyond for our customers and if they have any issues we address them immediately but we will not tolerate rude and crude comments to staff via telephone due to the customer not doing their due diligence in paying their bills on time.
