I had a package with usps become delivered, with a usps post master contacting me twice and lied to me about the package. I try working with **** (the owner of the store) alongside usps with me having to do his job for him to figure this out. In the end the package some how is being sent back and at fault of usps but **** claims he is small business and he can't do refunds yet even with usps saying it is their fault and paying for route insurance. I come to write this due to **** having a bad case of big bad boss syndrome who doesn't have to answer paying customers and should stick to local sales.Business response

This customer was refunded in full. USPS attempted to deliver this item to the shipping address specified by the customer on the order. After failed delivery attempts, the package was returned. When I first spoke to the customer, I assured them that once the product arrives back, we will process the return as per our return policy. I also assured the customer that this shipment was insured, so either way, they need not worry, they will be taken care of. This was not good enough for the customer and he began cussing at me and harassing my employees. I explained to the customer that I will not tolerate someone verbally harassing my staff multiple times a day. I was in touch with the customer throughout this entire process even with his hostility. Anyway, the customer was refunded as promised from the start.
